HCCA is a non-profit public health organization that partners with community members to improve the health and quality of life locally, throughout Kennebec County, the Central public health district, and across the state of Maine.
Programs
HCCA’s programs focus on tobacco and substance use prevention, nutrition education, youth empowerment, increasing local food access, LGBTQ+ support, and more.
